ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist2 years agoA. need proper diet. see a lot of brands will try to impress you. but you have to see your needs n pocket both as that will only be possible as sensible option in long run. that's beneficial too ok. best to show a specialist. he will diagnose n find the root cause only as that's best ok. try to avoid self medication as that can be deleterious in long run as well
