A. Thermophob you can apply and prior to that you can keep some ice cube on the affected region this will help in reducing pain and swelling and if still the pain is much you can give paracetamol without fever also but as of now doing both the things that I previously suggested you can do it 3 to 4 times in the day post vaccination
