Eat a well balanced healthy diet that includes green leafy vegetables, seasonal fruits and vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy. Keep yourself well hydrated. Regularly apply coconut oil or almond oil to your hair. Get your thyroid levels checked once and consult your doctor for further advice. Good luck and take care.
