A. Hi Take lot of fluids like water. Coconut water, lemon juice, fruit juices vegetable soups Butter milk Take enough of protein rich foods like pulses, egg, fish, milk, paneer, curd, chicken, sprouts Take seasonal vegetables, fruits & nuts in good amounts
