#asktheexperts my daughter is 7 months old now. She asks for water multiple times in a day. How many times in a day should I give her water and how much ?

Hello ma’am It’s very good if your child is asking for water off and give as much as what are your child even if at this age of child can have 500 ML to 1 L on an everyday basis that that is an amazing amount to go for. Water is best for maintaining hydration digestion and motion
