A. 45 ml water is okay for 7 month old. You may start with a sippy cup, spoon, or bottle feeder. Initially they won't take more than a few sips from a cup or bottle at a time—and that's fine, because they don't really need it.

A. hello you can be giving your child water few spoons or using a sippers ers like Babyhug and total around 75 ml to. ml of water per day should be sufficient and make sure you give water after every solids which is very important to prevent the constipation in kids
