#asktheexperts my breastmilk supply is not sufficient for my baby... tried everything from fennel seeds to fenugreek to lactation supplements nothing worked

Try taking Shatavari powder it is supposed to be quite nice to increase lactation this is available in the market so you can go ahead with that yet even after trying something like this Chauhan unable to produce sufficient milk for the child and I would suggest you that shift to formula feeding only because of that made medicines are also not going to help that means you are not able to produce sufficient milk so that case formula feeding is a good option for you to go for
