Hi Doctor. is it okay to have sweet saunf (fennel seeds) to increase milk supply.

A. hi mom yes you can have fennel seeds More the baby is breastfed more will be the milk production. so ensure that the baby is only exclusively breastfed. Check for good latch, correct position while feeding healthy diet Have lot of fluids and water Be confident

A. he don't take breast milk directly. I have express milk through breast pump then I feed him with bottle.
