Introduce one new food at a time every 3–5 days to watch for any allergies. Avoid salt, sugar, honey, and cow's milk. Keep the texture soft and gradually make it thicker as your baby gets used to solids. Continue giving breast milk regularly, as it remains the main source of nutrition till one year.
