Q.

My baby is around 6 month how much food should I start to give him and which food and what is the daily quantity of food

A. Hello mom initially would recommend to start with liquid consistency foods, such as dal , rice water, fresh fruit juice, vegetable soups, once the baby accepts them well you can gradually move to semi solid and mashed foods,such as porrdige made with ragi, suji , home made cerelac, kichidi, curds, steamed vegetables, fruit pulp

A. After 6months you can start with apple puree 1-2tbsp because fruits are easy to digest then gradually increase quantity according baby's demand introduce one food at a time and for 3days see for any discomfort and then introduce another . you can give apple , carrot puree starting days.

A. Hello dear parent! You can start with small quantities of Dal or chaaval paani, homemade cerelac, best fruits and vegetables, ragi and Continue with breastfeeding. Keep Babyhug tummy roll on handy. Good luck and take care
