#asktheexperts my baby is 1.5 years old now. i lost my pregnancy weight in first 2 months after delivery and gained back same after. I m continuing to bf. how can i lose weight in a healy way?

A. see due to the tuch abd fatty duet we tend to put on weight like this ok. best is that you try to eliminate all such junk frim the foods oo
