#asktheexperts My baby has cradle cap hence I. use coconut oil , is that ok?

A. can use, Rub a small amount of a pure, natural oil – such as almond or olive oil – on your baby's scalp and leave it on for about 15 minutes. Gently comb out the flakes with a fine-tooth comb or brush them out with a soft brush.

A. Hai Cradle cap in babies infants is common. It will be seen from new born to 1.5- 2 years old after one and half year to two years it will vanish. Yes you can use coconut oil or castor oil on cradle cap apply on scalp and leave, use mild shampoo you can take doctor/expert suggestion on cradle cap shampoos which are available. Apply oil regularly
