Vaishali TanwarMom of a 8 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi, Your baby weight is slightly on the lower side. At 3 year of age baby should weight between 12 to 16 kg.
Give 3 meals and 2-3 snacks in a day to your baby. Add ghee or home made butter in your baby food.
Add dry fruits, paneer, cheese, curd, boiled egg etc in your baby diet.
Give energy dense fruits and vegetables like banana chikku potatoes sweet potatoes etc along with other seasonal fruits and vegetables.
Avoid giving thin soups and juices.
Limit intake of milk.
Also consult your pediatrician to rule out any nutritional deficiency.
