A. it is important for you to know that the weight of the child depends upon the genetic patterns and by that pattern only the weight gain in child is seen. it also depends upon the diet the child is taking. so it is advisable that you should meet the doctor who will tell you whether there is anything to worry or not and whether the child requires any health supplements. the child should be given different flavours and recipes made from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily in small amount. d you can add ghee groundnuts dryfruits in the diet and this will help in improving the weight of the child. you can go through many recipes for childdren in different flavour and taste for your child on firstcry

A. Siri you should give a proper balance that avoid giving junk food to the child which is what is going to be beneficial for you and that is what is going to be helpful in increasing the total weight of the child and increase protein intake of the child
