#asktheexperts My baby Avantika is 7 months old. kindly advise can I start introducing mashed solids from now on? how many meals should my baby have as I am giving one meal and one snack till date. She always look into our plate and try to grab the food so should we start giving her 2 meals and one snack?

Namaste Mom Yes now the baby can be given semi solids and mashed consistency foods as such were in you can start one time a day and gradually as per how well the baby is accepting you can increase the number of meals you can give 2 to 3 main meals and 1 to 2 times snacks and alter with your feed
