My 7 month old baby is having constipation after introducing solids. How to get rid of this ??

Constipation is normal when we introduce solid foods to baby.give semisolid food itmes to baby.give plenty of oral liquids to baby.avoid maida products like biscuits.give fibre rich contain food to baby.
