Q.

#asktheexperts My 15 months old son prefers the right breast over the left one..This leads to more milk supply in right breast as compared to left one which makes my right breast looks little bit larger in size.. I want to ask how to even out my breasts and whether they will get back to their normal size.. Please advice what can be done as i am worried for their size and shape.. Please note i tried breastfeed my son from left side many times, but he prefers the right one only..

A. The decision to offer one breast or both breasts at each feeding is a matter of preference. As long as your baby is getting enough breast milk and growing at a healthy, consistent pace, it doesn't matter if you nurse from one breast or both breasts at each feeding.
