Q.

My baby drinks more from left breast and sometimes doesn't drink from the right breast at all. even I am more comfortable to feed her on the left breast. this way my right breast is not producing milk and looks like it's drying up. what can I do to make sure my right breast doesn't dry?

A. Hello dear parent! The more your baby suckles your breastmilk directly the better milk supply. Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your diet. Consult a lactation expert for advice. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby well on demand. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug daily massage oil.
