#asktheexperts my son is 13 months and still breastfeeding. I am unable to feed from right side due to inverted nipple. He only feeds from my left side. Its been over 2 months I am experiencing pain in my right breast. Initially the pain was low but now due to my right breast my entire right hand pains a lot. A. start proper meals so that requirement of breastfeed reduces. apply nip care cream, himalaya After 1 year 9f age, gradually you can start with all the foods you prepare at home ,which are easy to digest ,nutritious, less oily, less spicy. Keep including seasonal fruits vegetables proteins in the diet on regular basis. Keep giving few probiotics like curd buttermilk or yogurt. These are rich sources of natural probiotics.

A. Hello mom While being a lactating mother pain in breast is very common so you don’t have to worry about it at all because these things get normal by its own once you will stop breastfeeding your baby. If you are having a flat nipples then in such case you can use Babyhug nipple shield is it will help baby to launch the nipples properly and you can feed your baby properly
