Q.

#asktheexperts my 11 m old boy is lactose intolerant but has been having curd and ghee. I got his stool test done and it came negative. Can i continue giving him curd and ghee?

A. yes, can continue ghee n curd.. You can give Daal Khichdi with adding variety of veggies like Spinach, potatoes, beans, carrot, pumpkin. Give Ragi , makkhana, rice, suji porridge, suji kheer, oats. Give fruits like peach, pear, apple, avcado, banana in pureed form or mashed form. Give wheat Dalia adding veggies. curd rice, curd roti (soaked), Daal roti (mashed and soaked) in meal.

A. good evening yes definitely if the child is not having any problem with that you can go head and give it to the child there is absolutely no issue just make sure that the quantity is regulated
