my baby's stool test report says it's acidic but reducing substance came negative, rest everything is normal. what does it say about his health? is he considered lactose intolerant?

A. No your child is not lactose intolerance and reducing substance is not positive but yes acidic is there that means his stomach is producing probably some kind of an acidic effect which is leading to the problem so it can be treated with medicines not a problem
