AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 11 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello mommy. It can be due to dryness. Please massage baby cheeks with coconut oil. Also, you can apply Vaseline white petroleum jelly on baby cheeks. Please massage baby with BabyHug coconut oil. Also use Sebamed soap to bathe the baby. Use a good brand moisturiser like BabyHug moisturiser or MamaEarth moisturiser for the baby. Also use a good brand sunscreen lotion for the baby. Thanks and take care
