#asktheexperts my 1 year old baby premolar teeths are erupting and he's not willing to eat anything apart from few bites or mash potatoes that too sometimes suggest me some recipes

A. Namaste Mom, This does occur loss of appetite and also due to irritation in the gums they need constant bitting etc give finger foods, cut fruits , vegetables such as cucumber , carrot , beetroot etc also makhanas, puffed rice, crackers, rusk, roti can also give in small pieces form , dosa, chilla etc
