Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. try to prevent temperature variations around the child and since the ages only at once you can give drops maxtra 0.5 ml 2 times per day for running nose
kindly give nasal saline drops every three hourly and since it is a salt water it does not have any side effects and can be given again and again for nasal blockage and try to prevent temperature variations on the child and you can also give indirect steam inhalation and if there is no improvement in 2 or 3 days then meet your doctor

Hello ma’am Give indirect steam to your child and consult your doctor for a proper course of medication because of the cold is much it could be due to throat infection and condition as well so for that a proper check up as required before suggesting you any medicine
