Q.

#asktheexperts it has been 3 and half month for my veginal delivery but iam having a hard stools when I take CREMAFFIN syrup it will be loose if not hard what to do does it has side effects ?? can i take syrup for alternative days?

A. yes take. you can feed egg, paneer soya, halwa, banana. a great variety if home made stuff guarantee weight gain plus health as well. that ensures appropriate milestone in time for babies. ok.

A. Hello dear parent! Increase the liquid and fibre intake. Avoid self medicating. If the problem is frequent and persistent then consult your doctor for further advice. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Good luck and take care.
