I'm having cremaffin to avoid constipation after C-section.. but my baby is breastfeeding and he is having watery stools.. Should I stop taking cremaffin?

A. I had C-section on 17-03-2022 and during discharge Dr.had adviced me Cremaffin. Please advise the alternative for cremaffin to avoid constipation
