give if baby is demanding.
give only breastmilk till completion of Six month and feed in upright position and burp inbetween and after feeding session and give colicaid drops thrice a day

No This medicine is for stomach pain nothing else so you give it to the child prior to feeding and there is no mandatory thing that you’ll have to feed the child and if the child is suffering with colic pain then only will just have to go for the medicine otherwise not
