A. Hello dear parent! Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Be conscious while taking in carbohydrates and sugars. Eat more protein and fibre rich foods. Start walking for at least half an hour twice a day. Be patient and persistent in your efforts. Good luck and take care.
