#asktheexperts I have been using ovulation tracking techniques but because of overweight and irregular periods and PCOS I am unable to ovulate monthly , what should I do to conceive in such cases when ovulation is not happening and I am not getting to know when is the best time to try for a baby?

A. The ovulation tracking methods may not be helpful especially when you have PCOS and the best way to get ovulation induction would be by taking medications and for that you have to consult a gynecologist Write Your Answer Here

A. nothing can be said without physical examination of your body. consult with your gynecologist only in this case. avoid self medication and self assumptions. some matters are needs doctors consultation only. take care and all the best.
