Q.

#AskTheExpert I am 35yrs old. my periods are always irregular. what should I do? I don't want any medication. actually I am overweight. is there any related to irregular periods? plz suggest what should I do?

A. you cannot think of treatment without taking medications then it is not possible in allopathy you can do and reduce your weight on your own if that helps you then it is ok otherwise you will have to correct your hormonal imbalance by medicines only
