#mamaxpert I am planning for second child. I have irregular periods. How do I know my ovulation dates? In ovulation calculator, what avg. date should I select to know correct ovulation date?

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. you cannot predict your ovulation date as such if you are having irregularities in your period if it is regular period cycle occurring at 28 day interval then the ovulation happens at 14th day of your cycle

Author of questionMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Firstly, it’s better to focus on regulating your periods. Do regular exercise, brisk walking or yoga. Don’t take any stress. This will help in creating healthy womb and a safe environment for foetus. However, there are many ovulation kit available in market which will help you know exact ovulation date.
