Q.

#asktheexperts I had normal delivery. my daughter has gas problem. So what kind of food i should be eating, so that it doesn't harm her. Can i eat vegetables like ladyfinger, brinjal, beans, tuar dal etc. Someone told me, i should be eating more liquid food.

A. yes can take. Take high protein contain food like- Milk and ghee and, grains, oatmeals, cereals, pulses, dry fruit, fresh fruits, vegetables, like methi, carrot, garlic, Bottle Gourds, beetroot, spinach. Whole Grains Sprouts, spices like Cumin Seeds, and Fennel Seed, Fenugreek Seeds. And lots of fluids including clean boiled water, fresh fruit juice, coconut water.
