my baby had gas problem and I had piles so what kind of food I will take. mother feeding

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. F you are suffering from piles first of all you should eat fibre rich foods so constipation is never a problem for you and at night take 2 gm triphala with warm water avoid spicy and too hot foods and apply hing paste around navel of the baby
