ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 4 years agoA. post delivery many of the skin complaints are mostly related to lack of sleep and lack of proper nutrition so try to correct these things and also have adequate water intake to maintain good skin tone
