hello doctor, I am breastfeeding mother of 8 months old baby.. I have lots of pimples after my delivery..please share reason and recovery of pimples.. what can I do

it is just result of hormonal fluctuation
so please maintain Healthy life style which help to balance it.
take Healthy and nutritious diet.
keep your self well hydrated.
apply pure aloe vera gel or multani miti or paste of raw milk + pinch of turmeric powder + few drops of rose water on your face.
take adequate sleep.
