#asktheexperts How to take care of kids during summer ? What foods need to be taken during summer ?

A. pleanty of fluids to be added, coconut water, lassi, lemon water, add more fruits and salad, vegetables avoid heavy spicy foods, fried foods, sugary items, outside foods restrict junks , encourage daily physical activity along with diet

A. Hi parent please avoid all packaged food and product with refinde flour please avoid harsh sun light exposure please give easily digestible Food like curd rice khichdi vegetable soup upma daliya mashes etc please keep your child well hydrated with more liquid diet please use lose cotton cloth
