A. Not easy but also not impossible. You have to work out on a daily basis. If you had a surgery then after 6 months of surgery you can do abdominal and toning exercises

A. Hi mom It is advised to start with the exercise after six months of delivery. Then u can do yoga,cycling jogging etc to reduce your belly fat Now u can have warm lemon honey water daily empty stomach in the morning to burn fat. Avoid eating high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food.
