Be conscious while taking carbohydrates and sugars. Take more fibre and protein foods. Start walking for at least half an hour twice a day. Be physically active as much as possible. Do tummy exercises to tighten the skin and muscles around tummy. Try yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health. Good luck and take care.
