Because of the hormonal changes post delivery there may be laxity of the muscles and fat content increase.
You should not worry just do some calorie restriction specially for sugar and fat which should be avoided in excess and do regular exercise for muscle strengthjoening which should be gradually increased . Also take plenty of liquids and give proper breastffeeding to the baby which will also be beneficial in management of the weight .

Once you baby turned six months old and you can start doing yoga regularly. It will help in losing weight. You have to do it regularly for better results. Rather than this you should cut the calories intake and add more fibre and protein in your regular diet plan
