#asktheexperts how to increase breast milk... my baby is only 4.5 months old... my breast milk quantity is not enough for her...

A. dates, nuts, jeera, Dill seeds, sauf, ajwain, papaya, spoon of desi ghee and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts , makhana everyday. Drink lots of milk and curds and plus proteins supplements. Lactare capsules or powder with milk.
