Sowmya MMom of a 11 yr 6 m old girl1 Year agoA. hello actually in case of insufficient just milk you can consult a good lactogen specialist once and also at home as a breastfeeding mother even you have to keep yourself warm take good in take of food lot of green leafy vegetables as well as would hot fermentation bathing to the breast part especially which helps to increase the breast milk
