A. hi its not big task ,you just need to practice this daily and stay calm ,consistent and positive. first for this ,you need to limit your own screen time because kids are like sponge ,they absorb what they see. second , instead of giving such gadgets , give books ,crayons or age appropriate toys to play. get involved in playing too so that child get encouragement to play.
