#asktheexperts how many litres water should be given to my 9 month old boy during a whole day?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. not more than 60 to 75 millilitre The water content in soups , dal paani etc all counts here in the above measurement. So on a day to basis if a baby has soups , dal paai , kanji paani etc and a few sips of water it is enough for him.
