VishruthaMom of 2 children7 months agoA. You can.have a small handful of soaked almonds in your diet. Add a few walnuts too. Also have a balanced meal high in fiber and protien. Have fruits and vegetables and more liquids daily. Do not go on empty stomach for longer time. Refer to articles kn parenting read section
