Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children1 Year agoA. you can do it gradually over course of time reduce the timing by 10 to 15 minutes every time. if there is no relief it is better you see your doctor for proper examination particularly physical examination if there is need for doing investigations to find out the problem and treatment ok
