#asktheexperts hiw to nake kids eat healthy? specially veggies and fruits?

A. Hi Mom, you can offer him variety of homecooked foods. do not buy / store any packed, processed foods, junk food. you can make variety of dishes like chila, idli, dosa, pancake, roti, paratha, rice and daliya adding colorful veggies. you can make it attractive with different colors and shapes. if possible, try to include your kid in cooking some easy recipes. offer healthy and handy snacks in between after 2 hours. regularize meal timings. avoid force feeding and overfeeding.
