Such as vegetables can be given in form of soups , or make puree add in dough to make colourful roti or puri same can be done with idli batter or dosa batter or rice.
Fruits with custard or fresh cream and nuts , cut it in different shapes

Give fresh fruit juice and soup to ur child if not at all taking veggies and fruits.
Make eating fun to encourage your child to eat.
Give food in colourful and attractive plates like babyhug plates that attract towards food.
U can add vegetable puree in dalia, khichdi, knead in prnatha, give franky, etc
