Fruits can be introduced in form of smoothies, custards, fruit salad, milkshakes. For veggies: cook them with dal and mix it, purées can be added while kneading dough, vegetable carving can be done to make it look attractive.
Eat with the child so it is encouraging. Give in small portions n emphasise on how it will make him strong.

as you can give in pureed form frozen form barbeque form, smoothie shakes,..
you can cut the fruit in different shapes as the baby says..
try to develop the interest..
