If Child hasn’t learnt to eat fruits and vegetables up till the age of four years and it’s going to be very tough for you so just try to give different different vegetables a different time or make a mix veg make it into the form of a rule add some potatoes to it and give it to the child because when was anything is added and club with potatoes kids normally like it so look for some healthy recipes online to introduce it to the child and fruits you can make shakes and smoothies out of
