A. Hi mom Back pain is common after delivery till one year due to the hormonal changes. Masage ur back with warm oil to get relief. or do hot fomenting on the back to get relief from pain Take adequate rest and sleep. Maintain straight posture while feeding your baby. Take calcium supplements till you breast feed ur baby.
